Pohla & Hallmagi has successfully represented the interests of LTH-Baas before the Tallinn Administrative Court in a public procurement dispute related to a contract to maintain and repair Estonian military vessels.
According to Pohla & Hallmagi, "the public procurement in question was regarding a frame agreement for the maintenance and repair of all Estonian military vessels owned by the Republic of Estonia Centre for Defence Investment for seven years." According to the firm, as a result of the dispute, LTH-Baas obtained the right to execute the frame agreement.
